Every letter is read. A contact page that goes unanswered is worse than no contact page at all — which is why this address is published only because the intention to answer it is firm.

To report a mistake, just tell us this much

• Which page it is (the address or the name)
• What looks wrong
• If possible, the order, memorandum or document you are going by

If you are right, the page is corrected and the correction goes into the public log — with your name, if you want it there.

What not to send

• Do not send private details like Aadhaar, PPO or account numbers. Explaining a mistake never needs them, and we never ask for them. If someone asks you for these in the name of "Sainik Desk", it is not us.
• A decision on your personal case — only your Record Office or the office that pays your pension can give that. We can explain the rules; we cannot decide.
