The second career — jobs after the forces

Twenty years of disciplined, skilled work is an asset — the problem is only translation. Civilian recruiters and their software do not know what a CHM does or what "detailment" means. This section is about crossing that language gap, with tools that run free and private, and links only to official job channels — no listings copied from elsewhere, no promises.
- Write your military experience in civilian words → The translation table — rank, trade and duties, as a recruiter reads them
- Free ATS Resume Builder → A clean civilian resume from your service — private, in your browser
- Own business instead? DGR schemes → Security agency, petrol pump quota — from the official documents
Official job channels worth bookmarking: the National Career Service runs a dedicated ex-servicemen section, and DGR publishes officer registration, job fairs and resettlement training calendars. Guides on the ex-servicemen quota in government jobs will be added here once the governing rules are verified from primary sources.
Important note
We publish no job listings and take no fees — this section only explains and points to official channels. Anyone charging money to "arrange" a job in your name is a risk, not a route.
